1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hibaji platform and all related services. By registering on hibaji, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.2 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The hibaji website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who uses a registered account on hibaji.
• "Bet" — Participation in casino games, slots, sports betting, or any other gaming activity.
• "Wallet" — The balance linked to a hibaji account, used for deposits and withdrawals.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

2.1 Eligibility to Register

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If a person creates or attempts to create more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

hibaji may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or other relevant documents from the user for identity verification (KYC). If the correct documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

2.4 Login Credential Security

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hibaji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may vary during verification.

3.3 Source of Funds

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after completing a wager of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. Another example: a ৳30,200 deposit receiving a ৳15,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳45,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings from a bonus are withdrawable up to a specified maximum limit.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• hibaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• More than one account from the same household, the same device, or the same network may not claim a bonus.

5.1 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on hibaji is conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable game. The rules for each game are available within the game interface. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, hibaji reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are determined on the basis of the official announcement by the relevant sports authority. If a match is postponed or cancelled, a decision on that bet will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.3 Cheating and Fraud Prohibited

Using any software, bots, automated methods, or any other unfair means to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

The hibaji VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Promotion through each level is based on regular play.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback based on their net losses for the week. Net loss = total losses for the week minus total winnings. Cashback rates by level: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, Diamond up to 0.8%.

Example: A Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

hibaji reserves the right to change the benefits, cashback rates, or tier terms of the VIP program at any time. Members will be notified appropriately of any changes.

7.1 Data Protection
